When I began my fitness journey in October of 2014, I weighed 204 lbs. and even though I rode my stationary bike daily, the numbers on the scale did not move. Then I met Stacy Robinson and hired him to be my trainer. He taught me how to train, changing up my routine each time I worked out. At the beginning, I could barely do two pushups and now I can do as many as 20-30. I have lost a total of 38 pounds and am so much stronger. Stacy taught me also that vitamins and supplements were important in my training. All I have learned from him has helped me to maintain my weight at a healthy 164 pounds and I am happy about how far I have come in just a year and a half. I am training with people half my age and keeping up! I am 67 years old, but feel like I'm 30. I will forever be grateful for all I have learned from Stacy. 




For the past fifteen years Stacy A. Robinson, CPT has been committed to achieving excellence in the field of fitness and athletic training. Specializing in performance enhancement, Stacy has helped countless individuals and athletes reach their goals through evidence-based health and fitness solutions.

Born in South Carolina and initially exposed to fitness training through his participation in athletics, he was a highly recruited three sports athlete coming out of  high school and was awarded a football scholarship to the University of South Carolina where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Stacy has utilized his personal experience as an athlete, and combined it with the advanced theories of Performance Enhancement and the principles of modern strength and conditioning.  

During his career as a Certified Personal Trainer, Stacy has worked with a wide variety of clientele, including Olympic and national level athletes, and professionals in a multitude of sports including boxing, softball, ice skating, football, basketball, as well as working with the general public.
