If you’ve never attended group exercise classes before, you may have a predetermined notion of what they’re like. However, they “are more than the loud music, fast movements and shouts of encouragement that are seen and heard in a fitness room.” Group workout settings are great places for a novice exerciser to gain motivation. Watching your skilled instructor and peers working out will give you the incentive needed to keep up with the routine. When you feel like you’d rather be sitting on the couch receiving a back massage and eating a bag of potato chips, the excitement around you will help you labor on until the end of the session..

Feel encouraged when you exercise in one of our group fitness classes. Our group classes include calisthenics, stretching, TRX®, and bodyweight exercises. Fitness 4 You provides fitness classes that give you the right goals, structure, and direction. We do start-of-class and end-of-class assessments to check how much you have improved. We also offer kettlebell exercises and workouts to make you stronger and improve your athletic performance. Even better, they're packed with motivated, not-afraid-to-sweat people who'll inspire and push you.

If you like to be around others, you will probably enjoy the social aspect of group exercise classes. These fun sessions provide you with the opportunity to meet new people and cultivate new friendships.
